About Me

I am Maria Victoria Loureiro, Venezuelan immigrant from the USA,

Personal trainer and certified nutrition specialist.

In my adolescence I was a very very thin girl, I went through eating disorders that led me to a limit of thinness. Over the years this brought me problems for my development, especially at a hormonal level. Then I went from wanting to be a skinny girl to wanting to have more volume and gain more weight, and I set a new goal, it was a long process but I have been witness and protagonist that with the right tools you can achieve the goal you want so much. The results can be obtained with patience, perseverance and above all discipline, everything is in how much YOU want to achieve that goal. In the end you do everything for your own good and build YOUR BEST VERSION, the healthiest one.

I can understand them and I know that the road to a healthy life is not easy, or at least that’s what it seems to look like. After trying millions of training programs and extreme diets, I felt that living a fitness life was an obligation for me and I always ended up giving up and not continuing. On my way, I began to understand how to adapt each workout, each meal, to my lifestyle, because not everyone can manage a healthy life with the same regimen, or at the same level. Little by little I managed to fit each piece in the path of my life and I began to lead my healthy life enjoying it and making me happy. It is there where I decided to take my knowledge to another plane in order to help other people so they can also lead a healthy life from the enjoyment and happiness. That is why I am passionate about the fitness world and to offer my guidance for others to achieve a transformation and build the path to their best version, to achieve a healthy life full of wellness.
